Grooved Decorative Boards by Cworkshop are designed and made to fill the needs of those looking to upgrade their interiors with a dazzling display. Available in three types of materials, raw moisture resistant MDF (MR MDF), which can be painted in any colour of your choosing and oak veneered on black MDF.
There are five designs to choose from: Slatted, Ribbed, Fluted, Chamfered and V-grooved. Each design is crafted with high-precision tools and machinery to create a high-quality product. The Grooved Decorative Boards come as a whole sheet in thicknesses ranging from 12mm to 22mm.
These boards are adaptable and can be used in any room serving furniture-related functions. A popular use is to have them as wall decoration, either take up half of the entire wall, cut them up into tiles, or strategically place them to create a feature wall. Alternatively, they can be cut to size and be used as a door front for kitchen cabinetry or wardrobe doors.

There are a few specific ways to finish your Decorative Grooved Boards, and below we have the best way to finish each type of board to get the best results.
Hidrofugo MR MDF
Besides excellent routing capabilities, Hidrofugo MR MDF can take on paint more efficiently. We recommend using the spray painting method of application to cover your boards evenly for a brilliant finish. Select from various colours and paint finishes to bring out your personality.
Oak veneered black MDF
To finish this oak veneer, you can try a few ways. Clear lacquer can be used, in either finish (matt, satin, or gloss), which lets the oak veneer speak for itself. Alternatively, you can stain the veneer to give the oak a new appearance.

Due to the routing, these boards are prone to slight lateral bowing along the board's length. We have conducted tests for all designs on all boards and thicknesses and have found that the following bowing of the board, when measured from the middle:
Although the boards bow, steps can be taken upon installation so that the bowing won't be noticeable.
Acoustic panels, to be used as a wall or ceiling panel, are suitable when you want to isolate as much noise in a particular room while adding a wall design feature. Made from high-qaulity veneers, our collection of acoustic panels come in neutral colours that match any interior design style.
These acoustic panels have been thoroughly researched before manufacturing and have undergone several tests to determine their dampening capabilities. The panels work by breaking a flat surface to improve the room's acoustics significantly and to help reduce noise by up to 50%.
The panels are made with 9mm felt in black, made from PET polyester non-woven fabric; the slats are 26mm wide, 13mm thick, spaced 13mm apart, with the natural wood veneer mounted on an all-through black MDF. The panels have a length of 2400mm, width of 600mm and total thickness of 22mm.
The organic beauty is that these wall panels are easy to cut to size and install.
