Once we cut, edge and drill your panels, why not give them a factory spray finish. Using our online system, you can choose from three different types of spray coating options: white primer, clear lacquer and any colour paint. By a click of a button, you can specify whether you want to spray one side, two sides or just a return on any panel in the cutting list. Price is calculated in real-time, allowing you to make a quick decision before placing an order.
We spray by hand in a pressurised spray booth or using an automated spray-coating line, allowing us to achieve an impeccable finish every time. We sand panels between coats, and when finished, we individually wrap each panel into craft paper for protection against transportation damages.
We work with PU paint and lacquers and can colour-match to any RAL colour or colours of any famous paint brands, such as Farrow & Ball, Zoffany and others. Depending on your preference, we can spray the panels to matt or satin level of sheen.
Why spend your time priming it on-site if you can have it primed and ready for a top coat by letting us do the priming for you.
Preserve and enhance the natural beauty of the wood with several coats of clear lacquer. Available in matt or satin PU finish.
A beautifully designed box housing eight samples in different spray coating options — a must-have marketing tool.
We will give an exact time estimate once you place an order; however, our usual lead time is approximately 7 to 10 working days.
We only spray panels cut in our factory and cannot process panels brought in by customers.
We cannot label sprayed panels; however, every spray job will have a downloadable spec sheet.
We only spray edges that have been edgebanded, and all exposed edges will remain unfinished. Additionally, all spray painted edges will be machined with a small radius to prevent paint chipping.
We can spray profiled panels or panels with grooves and perforations. However, a standard rate price will no longer apply, and we will price each panel individually.
First, we sand the panel. Then we apply a coat of primer (3 wet-on-wet layers). Once it is dry, we sand the panel again and apply a top coat of paint or lacquer (3 wet-on-wet layers). We then wrap the panel into craft paper for protection.
