Installing and maintaining our primed MDF is a breeze, as all standard woodworking tools can be used to cut and shape the MDF. What’s more, the material accepts nails, screws, and adhesive; however, it’s recommended to pre-drill holes to prevent splitting. Since the material is already primed, you can apply your choice of paint directly to the surface, resulting in a smooth and professional appearance.
Fortunately, maintaining our primed MDF is even easier than installing it; all that’s required is the occasional wipe with a damp cloth to remove dust and dirt. This means avoiding the use of excessive water or harsh chemicals. If you encounter any dents or scratches further down the line, you can fill them with wood filler, sand them, and repaint them as needed.
